Can anyone tell me whats going on with my crouch walk here? it’s happening with a couple different crouch walk animations with different state machine logic, so I can’t figure out what it is. Super new at this.

It looks like Root Motion. If you are exporting an animation ensure that it isn’t exporting root motion.

I understand the concept, but I’m working with a mocap crouch walk that already has root motion. I don’t seem to be able to figure out how to negate/ ignore it.
Much appreciated, however, as this is exactly my issue.
You will have to remove the root motion.

The version of Blender they are using is old but the concept/solution is still the same.
You can now set the animation blueprint to “ignore root motion”
