Problems with clamping and upper-body not following mouse.

I’m new to Unreal Engine, and I was following a tutorial for FPS style movement using a metahuman. I set up the animation blending and separated the upper and lower body animations, but I have issues with my camera clamping. When I look up and down, my lower body is moving faster than my camera, and not staying locked to the ground while my lower body is moving too slow. The vertical sensitivity also seems unusually fast. I have tried changing the values that my camera clamps to and that makes my camera move correctly, but my metahuman does not.


Looking up the lower body is moving slightly.
