When I open up the ark dev kit everything works until I try to create a new mod. if I try to copy files into my mod it freezes and never unfreezes. I have to use ctrl-alt-del to open up the task manager to close it. I tried to verify the program by right clicking it. It went through a verification, which I believe what fix it but to no avail.
It usually freezes on doing anything more than looking when you use it the first time. Open it up, copy a file then go do something else for awhile like go outside and take a walk and when you come back it should be good to go. Length of walk depends on the PC
