Problems packaging for Oculus Quest 2 - "The system cannot find the path specified"

I get this when Packaging Android ATSC for Oculus Quest 2.

It exports .apk file. I install it on quest and it doesn’t work. kept saying “app keeps stopping”

Note: Quick launching when connecting quest also gives same error.
Working on UE5.0.2
Help?
