I created a ‘spectator pawn’ blueprint and inside my gamemode blueprint I spawn it and if left shift is pressed I possess it, if left shift is released, then un possess it. Image below
There is two problems.
i) When I press shift, I can only fully control the spectator pawn if I click the left mouse button, otherwise the mouse movement doesn’t work.
ii) When I press shift to control the spectator pawn it will always turn and look at the same direction the ‘player start’ is facing. For example, the ‘player start’ is facing up. If I control the pawn to look down to the floor, un possess it, when I possess it again will look up, instead of where I left it.
