Problems Exporting metahuman mesh to 3ds max or Maya

I am new to Unreal and metahuman. After downloading using Quixel bridge, I tried to export a metahuman mesh (Cooper) to maya (or max) but did not see these options for export to third party apps… at what stage should I see these?> …I simply want to export to 3ds max, animate and re -import…I don’t want to use live link at this stage…
