Je suis actuellement en train de modéliser une église par photogrammétrie. J’utilise 3500 clichés et je souhaite faire un maillage du modèle mais le logiciel me dit qu’il manque de la mémoire pour le réaliser. Pour information j’ai un processeur i9 10900X et une carte graphique PNY Quadro RTX4000 8GO.
Comment puis-je réaliser le maillage du modèle avec cette machine? (Faut-il faire une découpe par boite? )
Hello @Ysea16, could you please post a screenshot of the message you receive?
It could be the message about the displaying limit, saying that it is not possible to display models that have more than 40M triangles.
In case it is the message about not being able to display all triangles, your model will be displayed as a dense point cloud (model vertices). You can check which render is being used in the SCENE 3D / VIEW tab:
Vertices: you will see the dense point cloud (triangle points)
Solid: uncolored mesh
Sweet: colored model (textured if it was created)
If you want to display larger models that are over the displaying limit, you can use the Clipping Box tool in the SCENE 3D / VIEW tab (far right of the ribbon). This tool will not crop the model, it is used just to display smaller parts of the model. Don’t forget to clear it out once you are done with it.
In case the message about the memory you receive is red, please make sure to have enough space on your PC for the cache files.
