Bonjour, j'ai un problème, j'ai payé une licence en septembre 2022 pour Twinmotion et elle n'est déjà plus active, il me semble que l'on paye pour 1an. Pouvez-vous résoudre cela s'il vous plait.

Thank you for reaching out, the Twinmotion license will be tied to your Epic Games account. To install or update the software, you will need to be signed in to the Epic Games launcher with the account you had purchased the license with.
Once signed in to the launcher, please navigate to the Twinmotion tab, where you can select the version you would like to install, update, or launch from the drop-down menu.
If you are not seeing Twinmotion is available in the launcher, please first ensure you are signed in with the correct account. If it is still not available, please sign out from and exit the launcher completely(or restart your computer) and sign in again to refresh the launcher.

The problem is : when I go to "my subscription" it's empty, but we paid - 568,70 € on 20/09/2022 for twinmotion 2022,
it seems that our twinmotion is not active
From that point I don't know how to uodate the software
Can you check please?

Apologies for any confusion, please know that Twinmotion would not appear as a subscription at this time, though should appear under your account's Transactions instead.
When purchasing Twinmotion through our licensing page here, Twinmotion will be immediately available through the Epic Games launcher. You will need to sign in to the Epic Games launcher with the account the purchase was made from, however no further activation would be required. All Twinmotion installations and updates will be made through the Twinmotion tab of the launcher.
