Problem with World Composition

I’m building a little world. All landscapes with the same size and after building the level design of a city this happened.

For some reason the sub level got stretched, this mess up the streaming distance becouse the level got huge. BUT, the landscape itself keep the same size as the oders. The only way I found to fix was creating another level, but them i will lose the level design i already built.

I already try to change streaming layers, load and unload, save, open again, moving levels around, but nothing works.

Anyway, thank you guys for reading and sorry for bad english. ^^

Ok i found the problem. Actors where away from the level bound, making them stretch. Sorry all.
