Hi!
Yesterday I formatted my computer and installed UE4 (4.8.3) and now, when I entered to the VS2013 I got this error and I can’t enter to the engine from VS.
I tried to go to this location but I don’t have the folder UE4 in programs files.
My engine is installed here:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.8\Engine
How can I fix this?

Have you tried deleting your project’s .sln file, and maybe even Intermediate folder and regenerating the project? (Right-click on .uproject → Generate Visual Studio project files)
Ok, I deleted the file and the folder and generated VS project files.
And now when I enter to the VS I can’t run the Engine, I don’t have the button of Local Windows Debugger. I have a button named Attach…
What I need to do next?
Are you sure you opened the correct solution? Can you see your project files in the solution explorer?
Alternatively, you can try to open your project in the Unreal Editor, and open Visual Studio from there:
Never mind, I set the project as Startup and it’s working now!
