problem with user agreement

Hello guys , i declined user of agreement accidentally and now my launcher is grey and i can not install the engine… please any help?i reinstalled but not gonna work please

I would try to post on the answer Hub, you may get a prompter reply, generally that is where troubleshooting for specific issues gets handled.
