Problem with Unreal Engine installation in launcher

having problem installing Unreal Engine in launcher.
downloaded Epic Games Launcher - opened it - ok. but when i go to Unreal Engine 4 tab
i can see all those News/learn / Library / Market place content.
BUT it says No engine installed (in grey) and i dont see any download links.

am i blind or something? ))))
how do i install the UE4?
