Problem with PhysX Lab destruction

hi guys

i want to use the PhysXLab standalone program to make destructible mesh and i am pretty new to this program and now i have a simple problem :

when i’m using Cut-Out tools and a simple Fracture Map to fracture a mesh to more than 60 pieces , the mesh doesnt fracture and result is only 60 chunks

and this is the result :

all pieces shows in the Unreal Engine or Physx lab Playground but disappear when its take damage
i’m also test it on other Fracture Maps and Meshs
