Problem with node schedule local notification at time on Android

Hello everyone, I try to schedule a notification with the node schedule local notification on time, everything is ok but yet when I try it on android the notification does not appear here is the code in question :arrow_heading_down:

Is it a bug of the node or there is a config or other to modify? :thinking:
