Problem with nav mesh bounds volume

so ive started setting up enemies in my game, and at first everything was working fine. but once i started to add a few more,the green area for my nav mesh volume started getting huge gaping holes. the ai characters cannot navigate around these. one part of it seems to start going up in the z direction which i cant understand since the area is flat. Even after i deleted the characters, the holes are still there. Ive tried deleting and readding the volume, but its still not wor

king. the area its on is a cube so i cant figure out whats causing this. heres a picture so you can understand better

I’m also experiencing this. Did you solve it? I really need this solved otherwise this level is going to be reeeeaaally boring.

Seems the nav mesh regeneration got stuck. My answer here may help you.
