I keep getting an error whenever I try to promote frames in the Metahuman identity asset that says “Promoting frames in an Identity will not be possible with the current RHI. To enable promoting frames make sure the RHI is set to DirectX 12.” I checked my project settings and the RHI was already set to DirectX 12, and after restarting it still said the same error. What can I do?
I have the same problem, I don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone has a solution that would be great !
