Problem with mesh position in apex clothing

i have a problem when i try to simulate in apex clothing, when i start the simulation the mesh inside the cloth gets moved. i’ve done the mesh in makehuman and exported it from blender 2.77

Make sure you have the clothing painted properly. Also, I’ve never used makehuman before, but is there any possibility that something such as (in maya at least) freeze transformation and then delete by history is in Blender?
