Problem with local multiplayer (1 host 1 client, same computer)

When i run my game with 2 or more players the extra clients always seem to be stuck in T-Pose forever,
has anyone encountered this before or know a way around it? I’m not sure if this might help but it used to work sometimes if I tabbed out and took focus away from unreal engine (almost like the player controller became available so the character spawned properly)…I’m really stuck at the moment, any help is appreciated
