Problem with keep string variable updated in several copies of the same blueprint.

Hello folks !

I´m really stuck on this, and i need some help : How to use index in string variables in a blueprint widget , so each of one string have your own index ?

I ask this because i need to keep this string variable updated, no matter the numbers of copies of the same blueprint has in the level. I need to change the value inside this string so that each blueprint have your own value. And of corse, this changes keep updated in my text block in my widget blueprint.
