Problem with IK retargeter could not find source bone and mocap data in wrong axe

So when I imported mocap data FBX in UE5.4 the animation are in facing the ground instead of 90degrees and also when I clicked on the retarget animations to retarget one of the mocap data to my character I got an error “IK retargeter could not find source bone”. Here are couple screenshots for more information, any help? Also when I tried to import them as gltf format It turned out to be all over the place like that preview in the screenshot.
