Problem with glass material during motion

I’ve created a floating panel (static cube mesh) that’s tied to the first person camera. If the material is solid, it seems fine, but when using a glass material, I get these after images when moving. First picture is during moving. Second picture is still. I’ve locked the location and rotation, but when spinning the view left or right quickly, it appears that the object is slightly pivoting - third image. I used this tutorial to create the glass- How to make realistic glass in Unreal Engine - YouTube also appears when using the glass from content starter.
