Problem with first time startup.

Hey Unreal users,
I have bought the unreal engine 4 today, but the only thing that appears is that the programm could not make a connection with the internet. It says there was no version information retrieved. I can also not log in with my unreal account. I checked my firewalls and did not find any problem. Could you please help me.

Just one more question. When I try to log in it says that an internal error has occured. Could you help me with that cause I can’t post it on the answerhub.

Hmm, strange -> have you alrady restarted the pc + the internet? Have you also tried another browser?
