Problem with e57 esported Recap's point cloud

Hi, i made a survey with a Faro Cam2. imported the scans on Recap, registration etc… than exported the complete e57.
Now i would like to merge the point cloud with the photogrammetry survey but when i import the e57 and start the allignment i see a ‘‘foggy’’ point cloud with no precision at all.
When i start the merge (allignment with gp) the result is absolutely anything, just an empty space. I think the problem is the allignment with the e57.

How can i solve?
Better use another kind of file instead e57? Recap just give me 2 choices (e57 and pts). Do i need to convert the e57 in another sofware?
When i put the point cloud on Cloud Compare i can see it correctly.

Thx

Hi @DrMairon
I checked and I found that Faro Cam 2 is a software. What kind of HW have you used.
RealityCapture naturally supports only terrestrial laser scans where the scanning position is known and the point cloud is structured.
Can you share there some print screen of your point cloud?
What were your import settings?
In CloudCompare, do you see also the TLSs of the point cloud? Also, you can try to export E57 from CloudCompare (it sometimes works).
From ReCap you don’t have other choice, as the PTS is not supported import format. Can you try also export E57s separately from ReCap?
