Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a 3D model using RealityCapture with oblique aerial photos captured by my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone. Here is the issue I’m encountering:
After importing the photos, aligning the images, and successfully adding two control points (accurately marked on over 20 images each with reprojection errors of less than 0.5 pixels), I proceeded to define a distance constraint between these two control points. The real-world distance between these points is 28 meters.
However, after entering this value, the software displays the calculated distance as 29.5769 meters and shows an error message: “There are some errors in the defined constraints.”
Steps Taken:
- I ensured the control points were accurately placed and had low reprojection errors (~0.3–0.4 pixels).
- I entered the real-world distance (28 meters) in the “Define Distance” window.
- After defining the distance, I clicked the “Update” button in the “Alignment” toolbar, but the error message persisted.
To help clarify the issue, I have prepared a screenshot of the program interface showing the error message, which I will attach to this post.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or could provide guidance on how to address this issue?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best regards.
