Problem with development game for PS4

For so long I’m looking for a way to try my game on my ps4, how do I go on testing from unreal to ps4 and then present the game for this platform?

You need to be a registered Playstation 4 developer to develop for Ps4 - this means you will have to contact Sony and obtain development kits etc. They are unlikely to offer you this unless you are a serious developer.
