Problem with Destructible Meshes, glitching

Wondering if I can have some help, I have a destructible mesh that needs to blow up but every time the radial force actor is triggered it glitches out, apart from the really bad frame rate, there is a video link to what happens. I’ve tired looking online for an answer, but cannot seem to find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I just want the mesh to explode.
