Problem with Debug

I have problem with build solution in visual C++ when I open Code Template:

I have Visual C++ 2013 Express and I re-installed him. Anyone know how to fix it?

a method/ function “CreateManifestResourceNames” you are calling “dose not excist” .
You may be missing a header file or somthing.

It be easyer if i/ we could understand what its says in the screenshot.

The second picture is in english. Before crash th Computer shows me the message:
