Problem with creating music effect using the TImeline (Quantum Break's Time Rush music effect recreation attempt)

Hey, I tried to recreate the music effect from the Quantum Break game, whenever you’re de/activating the Time Rush ability, with the following setup.

I think this effect is called “Cutted Down/Up-shifter” or something, don’t know how exactly this effect is named. Though I know that past those effects there’s Paulstretch.

However, whenever I executed playing the sound with Fade In Timeline’s Update Pin connected to the bottom one, it repeated playing the same sound node somewhat like… each milisecond or something.

About the Downshifter one, I tried everything I could, yet ended up with the same case as the Fade In Timeline. What am I doing wrong?

FYI: The Music Signature Blueprint is present in the level and executed with Key 8 connected to the Get Actor of Class, Matching the Music Signature Blueprint’s event name in First Person Character BP.
