Problem with Character pitch

I’m making a simple character with blueprints. Here’s my code :

It works well but the pitch component rotates the player in its entierty, and makes the camera go in walls. How to fix this ? Adding axis values to camera doesn’t really work :frowning:

Whats your springarm setting?Usually people dont update camera directly,update springarm.
unreals way of third person machnics is indeed not friendly to understand even their tutorial didnt make clear the key part,just follow the tutorial,go deep when you know enough
