Hello! My and my friend are having a problem with the animations of the weapons. I made the animation and my friend makes blueprints for it. Most animations work but this one does a weird thing, if anyone could help that be great. So to the problem, when export the weapon reload animation, and my friend imports the animation to UE, when reloading, the weapon changes locations and rotations, and doesnt work. This is the video of how it looks in Unreal Engine, and in blender.
The first one is how it should look, the second its in unreal where you can spot the problem. In blender the scale its applied to the one in Unreal Engine.
And we cant figure it out.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Im sorry, what do you mean for “persona player”? Since im not the programmer i dont know a lot about this. If you mean in the unreal engine viewport, the animation for the weapon looks as bad as the video provided, if that is what you mean. And i dont know why is that. Did the programmer imported incorrectly? Does it work for you?
I mean in Persona. Persona is a special tool to work with animation in Unreal Engine. I add screenshot for it. I think that maybe something wrong about asset config.

Hello! I see thanks, yeah, i know that editor, it also looks the same on the persona editor. Its weird, i made other animations with the same weapons pack and worked just fine. Do you think its a export problem? Or is it just badly animated? Its so confusing.
Simple as 1-2-Click ) Nothing special. Also I mistakenly write that my version is 4.24 but it 4.23. And you are writing about 4.25. Perhaps it matters.
Hello! You are correct, it works on the 4.23, thats weird. Do you think its a bug from unreal? Thats is a BIG PROBLEM. Do you think moving the project back to 4.23 would be possible and a good idea?
I dont know what changes were brought by 4.25, so I cant say it strictly. But anyway it looks like a bug. You can report a bug Report a Bug - Unreal Engine
PS: And about moving the project back to 4.23 - you should explore if you are using any of the new features of 4.25 version. If the answer is a little bit, then you can try. But it also depends on the size of your project.
