Problem with a refund of Paragon.

Hi,

I know that I’ve not asked the refund in time, but I didn’t pay attention to this game since I wasn’t much interested in Paragon anymore. It is a first to me that a game I paid has been shut down. Actually the 19.99 I paid is kind of a big deal to me since I don’t have a lot’s of money and I didn’t have a lot’s of time to even play video game during this year, I would like to know if there is any ways that I could get a refund because I really feel bad that I’ve missed 19.99€ at about a week.

Your best bet it to email epic directly as nobody within this section (I’m assuming) is going to be able to help you with a refund as this is a sales marketplace for Unreal Engine.

They should have just automatically refunded everyone. You should not have had to ask for the refund. ■■■■ poor customer service
