Problem when import characters from 3dsmax to unreal5

Hi guys,
As a user who likes Genshin, I would like to ask questions.
There is no problem with the character on 3dsmax,

If you just on ue5, the texture looks broken and the mesh splatters.
What should I do with this?..

Do you get any warnings when you import the asset? If so, this can be a tip to help you solve the problem.

But this looks like a skin vertex weight issue. Maybe there are some vertices with more than 4 bones assigned. This was a common issue back then, I don’t know if this can still be an issue, but this is the first thing that I can think of.
