Problem w ControlRig Twist Bones Offsetting

Howdy everyone, using UE5.6, I’ve made a custom Metahuman character.
I’m having an issue when I add a control rig, all the Twist Bones jump back.

Any ideas why or how I can correct it?

For more context, it only happens when I add the ControlRig to the metahuman BP.
If I add the ControlRig to the Body Skeleton Mesh it works fine.

Also if I build the metahuman in UE5.5 and then migrate that BP to 5.6 it works fine as well.
It’s so much extra to work to do that though.
