Problem using DLSS and FSR in the same project

There was a problem, the bottom line is that I would like to use DLSS 3 and FSR 3 in the project, but when changing DLSS presets I encounter a problem - When changing DLSS back to off, FSR 3 refuses to work, it cannot change "r.ScreenPercentage ", when changing the FSR 3 preset, a warning is written to the console - LogConsoleManager: Warning: Setting the console variable ‘r.ScreenPercentage’ with ‘SetByCode’ was ignored as it is lower priority than the previous ‘SetByConsole’. Value remains ‘100’.
And you can enable FSR 3 only after restarting the game or engine, unless you enable DLSS first.

Please help me, I’m working with these technologies for the first time, I don’t really understand how to fix it(
