[PROBLEM]Uploading mod to steam - Failed to parse build config file

Hello cher modders,
since i updated the Devkit im having issue uploading an update of my mod
after cooking without any error my mod when i upload to steam it says
ERROR! Failed to parse build config files “D:/…directory to mymod.vdf”

i checked this directory and the file is in that directory so im wondering what the issue could be ?

This has been asked, and answered, numerous times.

Remove any special characters from the title, description and change notes. Make sure the preview image is not too large - there is a limit.
