I don’t know what’s going on with your servers yesteday, but it’s a nightmare trying to update my product pages! After submitting, I’m still seeing the old text! (Don’t tell me it’s due to internet cache or anything like that, I know the drill…)
I’ve tried with three different browsers, after clearing the cache and restarting my computer, and I’m still getting strange results. This is the first time this has happened :
This morning i checked the product page, and the old text still here??
The most strange thing is : If I edit the package to change the text, I end up with the old one?
However, if I press CTRL + F5 to refresh the browser, the correct text (the one that was approved) finally appears!
Then I publish the package, the approval process validates, but the old text is still online… I’ve been struggling with this since yesterday morning. I want to clarify that this ONLY concerns my Unreal Engine products. I was able to do all the Unity ones without too much trouble; my changes were validated and visible.
