I’ve been trying to fix an issue I’m having since I migrated my project to 5.6
No matter what packaging settings, compression yes/no, chunks yes/no, Io Store yes/no, I use, I’m having a new behaviour where small changes or NO changes at all are triggering the diff in Steampipe when patching the game.
This started to happen right after migrating to 5.6, and no external assets were added. Only the latest DLSS and the new Metahuman plugins were my active choices to add to the project.
In the picture, you can see the different results using the Vanilla settings, same project with no changes cooked twice.
Does anyone have the same behaviour? Any clue if I can force a deterministic build, or at least where to start looking?
