The Pending Appvoal state has been in for four days after the third modification of the product category after submitting the project. Is this normal? How many days is it usually necessary to wait?

It sounds about right, depends on their workload and the number of projects the reviewers need to analyze before approving it for the marketplace.
There were assets for me that got approval within 48 hours, other took 6 or 7 days post-revision.
Patience is the key.
