Problem installing Reality Capture

Hi. I have a problem installing any version of Reality Capture Initially I get the ‘Busy’ message then ‘Installing’ then the following message-

Running Win7 on this machine for compatibility with some business software, perhaps that’s the problem?
Any help much appreciated, thank you.

You are right, the Win 7 is insufficient for such function. You need to have at least Win 8: ClosePackageInfo function (appmodel.h) - Win32 apps
