Hello guys, I’m new to Reality Capture, i used this softwer for making some 3d models,but when i want to export the model and use PIN sent by person who orderd the model i dont have where to write it. Can anyone explane me what i missed and what is the problem

I am having the same issue - I was given the option to input a Pin, but when I went to log into my account it required me to migrate my account, which I did, however now when I go to export the only option is to migrate my account, with buttons “read more” or “no thanks” and no place to enter my (now set up) pin.

We have recently updated our FAQ for similar issues. please make sure you have set up a pin on your Epic account, and that you are signed into the app using your Epic account and not your legacy account, here is the FAQ:
When I purchase PPI, it says I can share my PIN with other user. Well, the other user don’t have the option to input the PIN, it keeps showing the purchase page only.
