Problem during downloading android sdk

I don’t know why this happened!
since i’ve been working on this engine i couldn’t fix this problem.
i have 3 question
1- when i downloaded ue4 there was android work 1R2 Not 1R1

3- is it necessary to install android sdk (i mean google sdks for android) before android works or this software automatically download then?
