Problem downloading

I started downloading Unreal Engine and realized I didn’t have enough space on the selected drive so I paused it, then deleted the directories it had created. However, when I open the launcher to start again with a different path, it doesn’t give me an active download button. It just shows this. What am I doing wrong?

Having the same problem on a Mac. Stuck in an endless loop of start Epic Games Launcher, sign in to my account on Chrome, click on “DOWNLOAD” tab to the right of my account icon, get forwarded to downloading instructions, go back to Epic Games Launcher, get the same results as Royce.

Hey there @RoyceGrayson! Welcome to the community! Could you try and open that dropdown and verify the installation?

If the verification fails, try to remove it then create a new instance of the engine and install it once more in a location with storage.

Hey there @DSchwartz45! Welcome to the community as well!

Did your installation fail the same way? Could you try the above post and let me know how it goes?

This is the only dropdown I see. Clicking on the yellow button doesn’t do anything. And yes, I tried removing all the directories and files it had created at the point where I paused it, but it won’t let me begin the install process again, just puts me in the endless loop described by DSchwartz.

May I see what it looks like in your library tab?

the option to verify/reinstall and such should be in this area.

That was it, I found it in the library tab and uninstalled it! Am now downloading to the new location. Thank you.

Awesome! @DSchwartz45 let me know if this also works for you!
