Problem downloading content

Hi,

I’ve just bought a couple of items from the marketplace - Modular SciFi props & SciFi VX, but they don’t seem to download.

At some points the downloads starting going backwards - i.e. it says 120mb of 487mb then works backwards to 118mb, then back up, then back down. After leaving for a long period of time, it then crashes the launcher.

I’ve tried restarting the computer, etc., still the same problem. When it crashes it doesn’t give an error as it says I don’t have the required debug symbols installed.

Any ideas what might be going on here?

I very often experience crashes when downloading the engine/marketplace content as well. But usually when I restart the launcher I can continue the download from where it crashed.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. Contact marketplace-support@unrealengine.com and they should be able to assist you with this. Also in case you haven’t, check to see if your launcher has an update that needs installing.
