I’ve been having the biggest problem whenever I try to add footsteps to my character; the audio goes insane and starts playing really fast. I’m sure I’m putting “Play Sound at Location” in the wrong place or just configuring the blueprint in a wrong way. Any tips?
You can add footsteps as a notifier in the walking animation of your character. Just open up the walking animation and just below the view port, you should see notifies. Right click>add notify>play sound. Then click on the notify you added and on the top right under details tab you can choose the sound you want to play.
Thanks for the answer! However, for the walking animation I’m using a flipbook, and adding it to a Switch that Sets Flipbooks. Is there another way to do it considering that?
