I have a problem when activating Account. I created an account and can not use the engine. Problem downloading the update. No Engine Inttalled. What do I do?
Have you also bought the engine (active subscription)? 
-> normally you should be abel to download the engine + updates over the launcher (run the launcher with admin rights!!)

When you haven’t bought the engine you will have to do this first before you can download the engine (otherwise post your question onto answerhub). You can do that on the official site: https://www.unrealengine/blog -> login -> click onto the “get unreal” button -> buy it

You made an account, you didn’t subscribe to the engine, the engine costs 20 dollars a month, and you will need to use a credit card or paypal to subscribe.
Yeah, I know. I have a card and when I Regal I used the card. Entered the code from the card. Do not know if I had left the money. But I’ll try again. Maybe money is not enough. Then check the card balance.
