Is it possible at all to get primitive plus dlc into the dev kit? I would like to start building my mod off it. Since it’s an official free dlc now it shouldn’t be a problem, right?

This is in the official dev kit wish list, and ComplexMinded has confirmed that he will request it to be added to the dev kit.
There is no ETA yet, but it is likely you will get access.
