Previously bought content are not showing on vault

Hi, I cannot see my previously bought content from the marketplace in the vault for both website and the launcher. UDS and Ocean system in particular. This happened after I replaced my mobo.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

yeep I did, but when I submit it was only stocked at loading icon

Have you tried CTRL-F5?
