I have amendments on a project, however when I am re-exporting the panoramas to the cloud it is overwriting my existing cloud file, which I want to keep as a back up. I have tried renaming the individual panoramas, aswell as the panorama set and even saving the project file as a new name altogether, but I am still having the same issue.
I know there should be a way as I have some old cloud files from the same project, but it seems to have started to overwrite them - Is there a way to prevent this happening?
My guess here is that you are updating the panorama itself, exporting more panorama sets then the latest one created, including the original one. Which is then overwriting the original version in Cloud.
I can give you some best practices when using Twinmotion Cloud with your current objective as follows:
Avoid updating the panorama from the original panorama set that has been uploaded to the Cloud
Instead, duplicate the panorama, rename it, make your changes in the new panorama
Create a new panorama set with the recently duplicated/modified panoramas
Export only the latest panorama set created
There are several other ways to go work it out, nonetheless I believe this is the cleanest way to do it to avoid losing the original panorama set uploaded to the cloud.
Please let me know if you are able to workaround your issue.
I've just had the same problem - changes to the project; did a Save As (new file name) on the TM file, renamed the Panorama Set, exported... and my original cloud Panorama Set has been overwritten. Must say, this is really annoying and I hope could be addressed by the developers.
I'm trying the workaround now, but it's really time consuming and not intuitive.
