Presentation default settings

I created a presentation in local.
Can I set the default settings somewhere in the ini file?
I want to set it to walk mode by default.
If possible, I also want it not to rotate with left click.

Is it possible to change some basic functions after export?

You cannot change the parameters once exported, but inside TM, in the presentation properties, you have some options, that allow you to constraint the user movements:
