Pre rendered backgrounds, Texture projection.

Hi everyone.
i want to make room in style of classic Resident evil or Dino crisis game, where environment is just an pre rendered image, projected on collision blockouts, i know how to do that from one angle, for one camera, but when there is switch of cameras and you see same room from different angle, projection is messy, i just don’t understand how one mesh can have multiple projections from different angles.
Really hard to find any tutorial on pre rendered backgrounds cause i guess no one is using them today, but i’m very interested in making of classic fixed camera angle-survival horror and want to use more or less same technique.
